Soft Skills Trainer

Job Overview:
As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering impactful and engaging training sessions to help learners develop and enhance their soft skills. These skills include communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and more. With a focus on fostering a positive learning environment, you will design and facilitate interactive training programs that inspire personal growth and professional success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in soft skills training, exceptional presentation skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for empowering others. This job is a full time job in our Beirut office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development: Design comprehensive soft skills training programs that cater to various audience needs and skill levels.

2. Training Delivery: Facilitate live virtual or in-person training sessions that are interactive, engaging, and designed to meet specific learning objectives.

3. Content Creation: Develop training materials, presentations, and resources that align with the latest industry trends and best practices.

4. Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify individual and organizational skill gaps and customize training accordingly.

5. Group and Individual Coaching: Provide personalized coaching to learners to support their soft skills development and application in real-world scenarios.

6. Feedback and Evaluation: Gather participant feedback and conduct post-training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

7. Stay Updated on Soft Skills Trends: Keep abreast of current soft skills trends, research, and innovations to continually enhance training content.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and subject matter experts to ensure the alignment of training content with organizational goals.

9. Learning Technology: Utilize e-learning platforms and technologies to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content.

10. Training Administration: Handle training logistics, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to training sessions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a related training role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various soft skills topics and their practical application in professional settings.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and personal development.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technologies.
  • Empathetic and supportive coaching style. Professional certifications in training and development are a plus.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic (Spoken/Written). French is a plus.
