Credit Libanais Bank launched the Integration stage (Third Phase as per the QUAD e-learning Model) to its employees in Lebanon and the Middle East region.

In this phase, Credit Libanais has consolidated its e-learning offering through the SKILLS4SUCCESS Knowledge Portal (www.skills4success.me). Employees, and based on a specific competency matrix, will have access to behavioral and industry specific e-learning content through their Achieve Branded portal.

“As part of the Talent Management Plan, Credit Libanais will introduce Job Specific e-Schools in order to develop Talents within the bank; in addition, Credit Libanais has launched a Management and Leadership TV portal as well as Banking and Finance TV portal” said Mr. Bassam Nammour, Training and Development Group Manager.

“Credit Libanais is the first commercial bank in Lebanon to launch a full-fledged e-learning solution based on the QUAD e-Learning Model; the solution is being utilized by 800+ employees and our return of investment is 600%”, Mr. Nammour added.
