Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually compelling and impactful graphics that enhance our e-learning materials and platforms. Under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer, you will assist in conceptualizing and designing a wide range of visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, banners, icons, and other graphic elements. The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and a passion for contributing to the educational landscape.

This job is a full time job in our Beirut office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics that align with the company’s brand guidelines and design principles.

2. Illustrations and Icons:

  • Develop custom illustrations and icons that effectively convey complex concepts and enrich the visual storytelling in e-learning content.

3. Infographics:

  • Design informative and visually engaging infographics to present data and information in a clear and compelling manner.

4. Multimedia Assets:

  • Assist in creating multimedia assets, such as images and animations, to enhance interactive learning experiences.

5. E-Learning Materials:

  • Support the design and layout of e-learning materials, including presentations, course materials, and interactive modules.

6. Content Adaptation:

  • Modify and adapt existing design assets to fit various e-learning formats and platforms.

7. Creative Ideation:

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to propose innovative design ideas and solutions.

8. File Management:

9. Quality Assurance:

  • Review and proof graphic materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to design guidelines.

10. Social Media:

  • Creating social media posts and uploading them on different platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative work and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  • Experience in Adobe after effect is a plus.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Basic understanding of animation and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work within established design guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
  • A keen interest in education and e-learning is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic (Spoken/Written). French is a plus.
