Credit Libanais has received the Technology Blend Award 2015 at IQUAD Roundtable Event that was held at Phoenicia Intercontinental Hotel in Beirut. The award recognizes the organization from the Middle East region that has successfully utilized different digital learning modalities in delivering training to its employees, said Mr. Fady Abdul Khalek – Managing Director of IQUAD Learning Solutions.
“As part of our learning and development strategy, we have introduced different learning modalities that can be utilized by our employees as part of our lifelong learning initiative.We have utilized MOOCs, Videocasts, Digital Documents and highly interactive e-Learning Courses that were presented as formal blended learning as well as informal learning”, said Mr. Bassam Nammour, Head of Training & Development of Credit Libanais Group.
“Our focus for the coming two years is to introduce gamification in addition to mobile learning to our employees.
