People working with large, dangerous machines tend to be quite conscious of their physical safety, and what they need to do to protect it. But sometimes workers are less conscious of how their workplace’s stressors and demands can affect their mental health and wellbeing. This course shows how we all must take responsibility for and address our mental wellbeing in the workplace, including how to deal with overwhelming tasks, anxiety, bullying, and other issues.
