First National Bank has selected IQUAD Learning Solutions, a regional leader in the field of technology enabled learning solutions to launch its e-learning platform

FNB E-Learning Program’s objective is to deliver equal training opportunities to all its employees; it is an initiative within the bank to build a learning culture utilizing the latest technologies. The Skills4Success online learning portal is configured to reflect FNB internal initiative and HR slogan motivating employees to be part of the buzzing team, the future leaders of the bank, said Mr. Nabil Semaan, Head of Human Resources & Administration.

Online learning courses in Management and Leadership will be available to bank employees each based on his/her job function. Anti-Money Laundering course will also be delivered online to all employees as a compliance refreshment course in addition to industry related videos made available as reference library,  added Mr. Semaan.
