The Roundtable 2022 event, titled “Elevating L&Ds – Learning Strategies that Transform,” was hosted by DP World and organized by IQUAD Learning Solutions. Held in-person for the first time in Dubai, this event took place at the DP World Flow Pavilion in Expo 2020. It provided a platform for organizations, HR & L&D professionals from UAE and the region to delve into the current digital learning challenges and future opportunities.

In coordination with CrossKnowledge, Wiley and Lead for Impact, the event aimed to explore the latest trends in the L&D and anticipate the future of digital learning. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in over 10 sessions, including keynotes, featured talks, case studies, and discussions, covering a diverse range of industries and topics. With a focus on helping attendees grow in quality and scale, the event offered valuable insights and tools to immediately serve their teams, organizations, and personal development needs. Through sharing experiences and discussing strategies and frameworks, participants gained a deeper understanding of how to navigate shifts in learning trends and make better strategic decisions to support human development and organizational success.
