Development goals are aligned with the bank’s strategy, fostering a cultural shift. Implemented on the Burgan LTD Online Learning platform, it offers solutions and awareness programs via a mobile app, enabling access anytime, anywhere.
The chosen platform aligns with the 70-20-10 model for maximum learning impact. Burgan LTD harnessed the power of this technology to transform learning into capability academies. The focus of these academies is on providing learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively use digital tools and technologies to enhance their work performance.
This approach supports a learning organization, evident in increased collaboration, team productivity, and improved customer experiences. Branches show improvement, with 75% at a “satisfactory level” and 25% “generally satisfactory.” Risk awareness has notably increased, reflected in an overall score rise.
