Brief Description:
The Job Holder is responsible for Learning Solutions Sales based on the Company product offering in a specific geography or a group of geographies, The Job involves:
- Adhere to company Sales Cycle.
- Lead Generation and prospecting activities
- Solution Design and Product Positioning
- Closure of Deals
- Client relationship management.
Role and Responsibilities:
This Job involves the following broad activities.
- Business Development activities
- Identify potential customers, make cold calls and create sales opportunities.
- Meet Potential clients and collect Learning and Development requirements.
- Design and Present Learning Solutions based on Company Product offering.
- Prepare Proposals.
- Close Client deals.
- Maintain Client Relations and follow-up on cross and up selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
We are looking for a creative, result oriented team player with good communication skills who is capable to deliver sales results with in the learning solutions industry. Candidate should be a holder of a university degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Learning Solutions industry.
- Proven record in Solution Selling.
- Have a track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
- Ability to work with a diversified work environment.
- Sales Experience in the respective territory
