It is intended to provide a platform of exchange of best practices in the implementation of technology enabled learning (e-learning) within organizations” said Mr. Fady Abdul Khalek, Managing Director of IQUAD Learning Solutions.
Selected organizations shared their experience on how they have implemented e-learning within their organizations.
“The Key to our Success in the first year of implementing e-learning at Bank of Beirut is the communication plan that has been put in place. With no enforcement, 72% of the e-learning licenses have been utilized; such an achievement led to the Launch of the Bank of Beirut e-Academy for all BOB group globally” said Mrs. Jeanne Aoun Hajjar, Head of Retail Training at Bank of Beirut.
Mr. Bassam Nammour, Training and Development Manager of Credit Libanais Group, shared with the audience four years of e-learning success at Credit Libanais Bank.
“We have launched e-learning in 2011. During the initiation stage, we have learned a lot about our employees and the different learning styles available in the bank. We have upgraded the solution in 2012 utilizing the Skills4Success platform due to the featured flexibility” said Mr. Nammour. Our plan for 2014 is to deliver 90 % of the training courses offered by the Training center through a blended approach, added Mr. Nammour.
The Roundtable was concluded by a panel discussion “Are you ready for e-learning?”
The next roundtable event will focus on the “e-Learning QUAD Model”, a unique implementation approach that will guarantee e-learning success within organizations said Ms. Cerine Kattoura, Operations Manager at IQUAD Learning Solutions
